About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and resourceful Business Operations Associate to join our VC team.

In this role, you'll support venture capital clients and startup founders with top-tier executive assistance, operations management, and analytical support. From orchestrating schedules and tracking tasks to managing CRM systems and conducting deep-dive research, you’ll help clients move faster, smarter, and with greater clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate client needs and adapt to changing priorities with agility and discretion
• Own day-to-day operations, including:
  • Calendar, inbox, and meeting management
  • Task tracking and project coordination
  • CRM updates and data hygiene
• Support financial operations processes, including payment processing, bank account oversight, tracking financial activity, and coordination with vendors and external partners.
• Conduct research, summarise findings, and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Draft, refine, and manage internal documentation and ops manuals
• Troubleshoot digital tools and systems to improve team workflows
• Participate actively in client meetings, offering follow-up and logistical support
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to keep multiple workstreams aligned and on schedule
